Since 2012, Dynamo for Intermediaries has delivered outstanding service to a growing, loyal base of over 5,000 intermediary members across the UK. Founded as Buy to Let Club, our proposition has developed over the years from specialist buy to let advice to the all-encompassing service that we offer today. To better reflect this evolution and our innovative approach, we rebranded in 2019 to Dynamo for Intermediaries. However, our friendly, inclusive culture has not changed and is clear to see in the many real-life photos throughout this website.
As the B2B arm of Dynamo, we pride ourselves on our five star Trustpilot rating and the significant value we add to our members across all mortgage sectors including buy to let, residential, short-term, second charge and commercial lending. Our aim is to work seamlessly alongside you, providing you with the necessary time and resources to increase both your business volume and profitability. Technology is not staying still and neither are we. We are investing heavily in innovation, developing our internal systems to provide our members with the very best user experience to help you achieve your business aims.

We can help with all mortgage types: residential, buy-to-let, second charge, commercial or bridging loans. We can find the most suitable options whether your clients are applying in their personal name or via a limited company/SPV.
Membership of Dynamo for Intermediaries is free and gives you unlimited access to our team of mortgage specialists. You can also use us as a payment route free of charge. There is a non-refundable £199 administration fee if you choose our packaging service.
We have a broad selection of lenders on our distribution panel including many specialist lenders in addition to the familiar high street names. Please refer to our Lenders page for information on all of our partners.
You can place your business with a lender directly, but do talk to us first. The market is more complex than ever before and our team of mortgage specialists can ensure that you select the very best lender for your client’s circumstances. You can then decide either to use us as a payment route or take advantage of our expert packaging service.
To become a member, please click on the ‘Sign Up’ tab on our website and complete the short form. Registration takes no more than one working day to be processed after which we will contact you to confirm your membership details.
