Our Team

Leading the Club team since 2013, Cat has worked in the financial services industry since 2000 in various roles including broker for The Buy to Let Business, a BDM with Capital Home Loans and an underwriter at Halifax, giving a broad depth of knowledge across the market. Outside of the office when she’s not getting her hands dirty renovating houses, she is one of three Principles of YEM Theatre School where you can find her backstage working the sound desk or surrounded by mounds of material sewing costumes.

Louise joined the team in January 2016 after completing a degree in Business & Finance at the University of Lincoln and has loved every minute since. Her passion comes from the continued need to acquire knowledge and adapt in what is an ever-changing market and she relishes the opportunity to place a case that others may see as a write-off. Outside of work, Louise values spending time with her family & friends and loves trying new things.

Sarah joined the company in 2016 as the next step in a career spanning publishing, teaching and marketing. Her role encompasses both the direct side of the business as well as Dynamo for Intermediaries and she thrives on the variety of challenges and opportunities that this presents. In her spare time Sarah loves to play the piano, have a game of tennis or simply get out and explore new places with her family.

Jamie has been with Dynamo for over ten years. He started as a Mortgage Consultant before transferring over to the mortgage club two years later. Jamie now works with brokers to provide solutions for bridging and commercial mortgages, enjoying the diversity that comes with the complex scenarios. He spends his free time paddle boarding, taking long walks with his fiancée and enjoying countless hours playing video games.

Sabby has been with Dynamo for Intermediaries since August 2018. She originally started in Broker Support, but now works in the Bridging and Commercial team. Sabby is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ Network, ensuring that we are educating the business as well as making changes to policy for the future. She loves a true crime documentary and spending time with her fiancée and family, especially her nieces and nephews.

Upama (Upi) joined Dynamo in 2019 as a Mortgage Broker before becoming a Mortgage Specialist for Dynamo for Intermediaries in January 2021. Her favourite aspect of the job is the fact that no day is the same in the rapidly changing world of mortgages – there are always new things to learn and keep her on her toes. Outside work Upi’s hobbies include gaming, watching horror movies, eating and reading.

Lindsey first joined the financial services industry in 2013 as a mortgage administrator studying for an NVQ 2 in Business Administration and has been with the company since 2014. Her team is very important to her and she loves helping brokers with tricky situations and getting declined applications overturned in order to get the best result for the client. In her spare time she enjoys singing a range of different songs at Karaoke evenings and spending time with her friends and family.

Lesley-Ann has been with the company for over eight years and in that time has gained valuable experience across a number of departments including Operations and Compliance as well as Dynamo for Intermediaries. She possesses an in-depth knowledge of the mortgage application process and believes passionately in the importance of first-class customer service. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family, watching crime documentaries and playing with her dog, Nala.

John joined the business in 2017 after seeking a new career path and hasn’t looked back! He welcomes new challenges, continually looking for ways to further develop his knowledge within our rapidly-evolving industry. He values the importance of fast and efficient service and is always there to offer both his customers and colleagues a helping hand. John is a keen musician but can also be found in the great outdoors participating in adrenaline-filled sports or exploring with his camera.
