  • Octane specialise in refurbishments – light, heavy, decorative and structural projects. And change-of-use projects (house to HMO/flats and commercial to residential)
  • Octane’s developer exit product allows them to refinance complete (or nearly complete) new-build developments. They are willing to lend before a site is fully finished.
  • Octane lend on residential and semi-commercial property (and commercial if its being converted into residential)
